Cancellation policy: Appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled after 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. No- shows/ day of cancellation/ Rescheduling will be charged 100% of the service booked.
If you do a no- show you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.
Late policy
There is a 9 minute late policy, if you show up past the 9 minutes your appointment will be cancelled/ rescheduled. Please try to be on time to your appointment so I can make sure I have the time needed to take care of you!
